Topaz color, aroma of dried fruits, honey and orange peel, with a very balanced acidity, honeyed with a very fresh and persistent finish.
It was vinified by the traditional process of a fortified wine, stopping the fermentation at the beginning, with the addition of vinic brandy.
SERVICE AND LONGEVITY
It can be served as an aperitif, or as a digestive at a temperature of 10º C.
Longevity of several years.
