TASTING
Medium intensity ruby color, fresh aroma with slightly fruity notes, light vegetal typical of the variety trincadeira, with notes of toast well married. In the mouth it is an elegant wine, delicate and persistent.

VINIFICATION
Vinification by the traditional method in Algerian amphoras, with fermentation temperatures around 24ºC. 30% of the wine aged in French oak barrels, and 70% in amphorae.

ACCOMPANIMENT
Should be served at a temperature of 18ºC. It goes well with stewed veal, roasted meat and spicy pasta. Longevity of 6 years.
